ONteriors, CTI Launch Partnership in Temecula

TEMECULA — April 6, 2006 — Technology provider ONteriors and design center operator Creative Touch Interiors (CTI) have announced a partnership to provide new-home buyers with one-stop shopping for the latest technologies alongside — traditional decorative finish selections such as flooring and countertop materials.

The partnership debuted at the CTI Design Center in Temecula earlier in 2006, with a second location planned to open this summer in Moreno Valley. Additional locations for this design center concept are also planned by ONteriors and CTI, which together have operations in 15 states.

Brehm selected ONteriors and CTI in Temecula to provide technology and design selections and options for home buyers in its new StoneView at Lake Hills Reserve development in Riverside County.

At CTIs Temecula design center, home buyers receive one-on-one consultations with highly trained specialists. These consultants provide professional counseling to help buyers personalize their new homes based on their personal tastes, lifestyles, technology interests and budgets.

Highlights include the latest in Sony high definition televisions and AV components including the new Sony Wallstation, a built-in system allowing homeowners to control CD and DVD players, intercoms and much more from a sleek 9" square that can be painted to match the wall color.

The Control4 system is an ONteriors solution for managing home entertainment, lighting and other functions. One feature of this system is a "movie time" setting that launches pre-programmed activities functions as closing shades and dimming lights when a movie is about to start.
